Q 1.1-How to register for Online Test Series?

Ans-To register at Online Test Series website, follow the following steps:

  • Click on the 'SIGN UP' option available on the home page.
  • On clicking Sign-up, a new page - "Student Enrollment Form". opens prompting you for some basic information.
  • Fill in with the relevant information and click on "Create My Account" button.
  • An activation E-mail is sent on your registered E-mail address.
  • Verify your E-mail account by clicking on the button "Activate Your Account" sent on your E-mail address.
  • Login on www.onlinetestseries.in to verify your Mobile no. with your Education details.
    **Your Mentioned mobile no. & E-mail id will be the medium for all the future alerts and announcements relevant to your package if you have one.
  • Login on www.onlinetestseries.in to purchase premium package and you can attempt Free Mock Test & Past Year Papers.

Q 1.2-I have not received an Activation Mail on my registered E-mail Address?

Ans- There could be various possibilities:

  • If activation email not received in inbox kindly check the spam folder for Activation e-mail.
  • Please confirm might be activation email on a different email other than you checking.
  • It could be a possibility that you have entered incorrect e-mail address while registration, It is suggested to call on our dedicated helpline +91-744-2752200

Q 1.3-How to buy Online Test Series?

After Successful login, to buy Online Test Series, follow the following steps:


  • Click on Edu-store option Available on the top of the page.

  • Select the course, you want to get enrolled in.
  • Click on "Add to Cart" to select the Online Test Series program, you want to get enrolled in.

  • Now there are two options available :

    Continue Shopping: If you want to purchase more than one course.

    Proceed to Purchase: If you have filled your cart with the course, you want to get enrolled in.

  • Click on Proceed to Checkout to Pay for the course.

    Now there are two options for Payment Mode :

    a)Online Payment Mode b) Offline Payment Mode (Demand Draft)

    a) If you are choosing Payment mode as Online Payment:

    • Select the "Payment Type" as Credit Card, Debit card or Net banking respectively and Click on "Proceed to Payment" button to proceed.

    b) If you are choosing Payment mode as Demand Draft:

    • Select the "Payment Type" as Demand Draft and Click on "Proceed to Payment" button to proceed.

Q 1.4-Is there any Last Date of getting enrolled in Online Test Series?

Ans-Every Online Test Series Package has validity date. A student can enroll in Online Test Series Course up to Validity date.
Note: Test papers are available till validity date only.

Q 1.5-After Successful Payment(Online or Offline ), Is there Any Other things/process required from my side?

Ans-Yes. To complete the enrollment process, you also need to submit Application Form details in any modes given below:

  • Available Modes For Application Form Submission:
  • Online (Recommended) : You can simply upload softcopy of Student Photograph, Student Signature and Parent/Guardian Signature. We will verify your documents and mail you the completed application form.
  • OR
  • Offline :
    • Case 1: If you paid via Online Mode then you can download, print, fill and send hardcopy of your Application Form to the address mentioned within the form.
    • Case 2: If you paid via Demand Draft Mode then you can download, print, fill and send hardcopy of your Application Form along with Demand Draft to the address mentioned within the form.

Q 1.6-What are the Guidelines for scanning / uploading of Photograph & Signatures?

Ans-Before applying online a candidate will be required to have a scanned (digital) image of his/her photograph, signature of his/her & one of parent/guardian as per the specifications given below.

  • Photograph Image:
    • Photograph must be a recent passport size color picture and must be taken in a professional studio. Photographs taken using a Mobile phone and other self composed portraits are NOT acceptable.
    • It should show face of the individual Applicant. Photo should be Clear & Sharp. Blurred photo will be rejected.
    • Make sure that the picture is in color, taken against a light-colored, preferably white, background.
    • If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
    • The main features of the face must not be covered by hair of the head, any cloth or any shadow.
    • Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face
    • Photograph Size: 10KB to 100KB; Extensions: .jpg, .jpeg
      Recommended Resolution: 115 X 150 pixels
  • Signature Image:
    • The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen.
    • The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person
    • Mobile phone photographs of signatures are not acceptable, and can result in disqualification of the application without any refund of the fee.
    • Signature Size: upto 25KB; Extensions: .jpg, .jpeg
      Recommended Resolution: 200 X 80 pixels
  • Important Note:
    • In case we found that the photo and signature(s) are wrong/fake, the enrollment of the candidate in the respective course will be treated as cancelled and the fee will not be refunded.
    • In case the face in the photograph or signature is unclear the candidate.s application may be rejected.
    • After registering online candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated online application forms.
    • In case the photograph or signature is unclear, the candidate may edit his/ her application and re-upload his/ her photograph or signature.

Q 1.7-How to Download My Application Form?

Ans-After Successful Login and placing an order, you can download your Application Form by clicking here.

Q 1.8-Is it mandatory to send application form?

Ans-If student’s photo and required signatures has been uploaded properly at onlinetestseries.in then there is no need to send application form otherwise required to send application form with attached student's passport photo and required signatures.


Q 2.1-How to select Payment Mode?

Ans-Kindly Refer to Question No. 1.2

Q 2.2-I have an ATM card, can I make online payment with it?

Ans-No, You cannot pay through your ATM card, but you can pay through your ATM cum Debit Card.

Q 2.3-For Online Payment, which card(debit/credit) should I prefer?

Ans-You could use any visa & master Debit cards, all type of credit cards or net banking for online payment..

  • **It is suggested to avoid Maestro card for better and smooth transaction experience.

Q 2.4-Demand Draft should be made in favor of?

Ans-"Allen Career Institute, Kota" payable at Kota.

  • **You must mention your Name, Order id and Mobile number at the back of "Demand Draft".

Q 2.5-Are there any particular Banks from where I have to make my DD?

Ans- You can make Demand Draft from any Nationalized Bank but it should not be a Co-Operative Bank. .

Q 2.6-I have attempted for Online Payment, Amount has already been deducted from my Account but I am not getting the test papers?

Ans-It might have happened due to some technical error. If amount has been deducted then send the transaction details to our e-mail address support@onlinetestseries.in We will try to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Q 2.7-How would I come to know that my Application Form or my DD has reached to ALLEN Career Institute?

Ans-Your Demand Draft and Application Form is received at our corporate office, you will receive a SMS on your registered mobile number.


Q 3.1-How to Take Test?

Ans-To Take Online Test, follow the following steps:

  • After successful login, At 'MY STUDY CENTER' click on "My Packages" option.
  • Choose your Test Package
  • Tests associated with that test package will appear on your computer screen.
  • To start Test click on "Attempt" option.
  • After this instructions will appear in Test Window. Kindly read the instructions carefully and press .Click on 'Start' button to start test..

Q 3.2-When will I get my Test Papers after Payment?

Ans-If the payment mode selected Online then your account will be activated instantly after payment or if the payment mode is Demand Draft then your account will be activated as soon as your Demand Draft is received at our corporate office.

  • **We will provide test paper on your account as per our schedule given at website.

Q 3.3-From where can I download my Admit Card for Online Test?

Ans-There is No Admit Card for Online Test. You just have to use your Username & Password to Take Test. Kindly see the Take Test Process in Q.No.-3.1

Q 3.4-Is there any particular Test Center for Online Test Series?

Ans-There is no particular test centers for Online Test series. Student can take online test wherever he/she has system (i.e. computer/laptop) with proper internet connection (like home, cyber cafe).

Q 3.5-How to get Syllabus and Schedule for Online Test Series?

Ans-You can find Syllabus and Schedule of your respective test series course page.

Q 3.6-What is the Test Timings for Online Test?

Ans-There is no particular Time to take test. Online Test papers will be activated as per the schedule given on website. A student can take test anytime and anywhere but he/she cannot take test before test opening date as per schedule of online test series.

Q 3.7-Is it possible to save my test and resume it later?

Ans-Yes, you can save your Test by using "Suspend test" button and resume it later.

Q 3.8-Last Date of taking Online Test?

Ans-There is no particular last date of Taking Online Test, However the Online Test are available till validity date only.

Q 3.9-Where will I find the Tests?

Ans-Kindly see the answer of Q.No.-3.1.

Q 3.10-Do you provide the test in Hindi for Hindi medium Students?

Ans-Only AIPMT Online test series is available in English & Hindi both medium, All other Online Test Series (courses/packages: JEE(Main), JEE(Main + Advanced), AIIMS, BITSAT, CBSE, NTSE, OLYMPIADS) is available only in English medium.

Q 3.11-Can I get the print out of the Test Paper after the test and result?

Ans-No. Printing of test papers & result is not allowed, but you can view your submitted test paper and result on your online testing platform any number of times.

Q 3.12-Can I Retake the Test?

Ans-No, you cannot retake the same test, however after submitting the test, there will be an 'Interactive Mark Analysis Exercise' to identify the type of mistakes you have made in the first attempt. Following that you will get second attempt of the test which would comprise only incorrect & unattempted questions in first attempt.


Q 4.1-When will I get Result of my test?

Ans-You will get your result, current ranking & performance analysis instantly as you submit your online test.

Q 4.2-Will you provide me an ALL INDIA RANK?

Ans- Yes, students of JEE (Main), JEE (Main + Advanced), AIPMT, AIIMS, BITSAT Online Test Series will get their AIR as per their performance in the Minor and Major Test Series.

Q 4.3-Are you providing Solutions of the Questions?

Ans-You are provided with the Answers instantly after submitting the test and Solutions/ Hints of selected questions within 2 days of opening of test.

Q 4.5-Will I get any Doubt Session with Faculties?

Ans-At present we are not offering doubt counter facility to the students enrolled for online test series package. Rather the online testing platform is designed so that a student can evaluate his/her performance and gets an exposure to variety of questions that actual test may contain and to makes you familiar with the topics.


Q 5.1-I have not got all my tests activate, some of tests are disabled, what should I do?

Ans-We will activate Test on your account as per our schedule. You cannot take test before test opening date as per schedule of online test series.

Q 5.2-I have forgotten my Username & Password, how to get my Password?

Ans-Click here to reset your Password, Enter your Username or registered e-mail Address and Follow the link sent on your e-mail address to reset your password. (Username is your registered e-mail i.d.)

Q 5.3-What if light goes off or internet connection is lost before I complete the test?

Ans-We understand these problems; hence all your replies are saved online on our servers. So when you login again, your paper will start from where you left.
